QRB Hardware and Screws

QRB Hardware and Screws

This shows the two parts of the QRB, the bracket and handle. Above are the various screws - first the stock roller bracket, "Button Head Screw", and washer that came with the POD, then the two "Socket Head Screws" that I bought at my local hardware stores. The first of the two is a black oxide screw for $0.49 US. The second is a stainless version that cost $1.80 US. The length of these is 3/4" and threads are like the stock "Button Head Screw" (3/8"x16). I believe that these screws will be readily available at local hardware stores (unless there are a dozen of you in the same town buying up all the "Socket Head Screws").

The new screws are neccesary because the head on the original "Button Head Screw" is just a little too large to fit into the holes of the original roller bracket, thus keeping it from fitting flat and flush to the QRB when installed.
