Handle Attached and Locked in Place
At this point, the handle has been threaded through the holes across the roller bracket and latched in place.
I have found the best method for this is to grasp the bottom of the roller bracket and pull out and down, increasing the pull as you increase the downward pressure on the lever as you latch the handle closed. This relieves any tension on the plastic parts of the dome and also serves to hold the roller bracket in it's lowest positon on the "Socket Head Screws" so there will be no issues with the flange at the bottom of the roller bracket clearing the lip of POD wall.
It takes a moderate amount of force to push the lever all the way to the locked positon, but if you follow the above method, it is very easy to close.
