Original "Button Head Screw" and washer, blackened "Socket Head Screw", and Stainless "Socket Head Screw". The new screws are 3/4" long and threads are 3/8"x16.

These new screws were just a little long and pushed into the plastic of the dome beyond the threaded metal insert, but it didn't do any harm and may actually have added to the strength. If you would rather not have this happen, I would recommend 1/2" long screws.
