Yes, that's 46 pounds of counterweights you see there. The optional counterweight shaft for the Mach1GTO is only 10.7 " long and 1.875" in diameter, so it requires heavier weights to get the job done than a longer shaft. I feel this is better than, say, a 20" shaft with 25 pounds on it. It is actually designed to hold as much as 64 pounds of weight.
