Collaboration with Ted Rafferty, using his Ha data and my RGB data to show the central active Ha region of this northern powerhouse galaxy.

This image shows the intense HII regions in the mid-portion of the galaxy that the data from the modified DSLR couldn't display no matter how hard the image was stretched. These filaments stretch 10 thousand light years out from the galaxy.
